NeSI Office Hours - July 2012

The NeSI team will be holding office hours next Thursday morning via video conference. The office hours format allows anyone to drop in to ask a question or two.

We expect that the majority of questions will be focused towards the access process. That is, questions relating to how the review process works and when you can expect to get on the machines. If you have not let completed the application form, then you are more than welcome to ask for guidance at office hours as well. Office hours also provides the opportunity for NeSI to ask questions of researchers. We'll be seeking feedback the documentation and processes we have developed, and asking how to make NeSI as effective as possible for the New Zealand research community.

To connect from your desktop using Windows or Mac, go to http://sds.karen.net.nz/scopia?ID=6310&autojoin. This requires that you have the SCOPIA Desktop software installed beforehand. To test that everything is working, visit meeting 6222.

via an H.323 Endpoint

Dial 130.195.23.14 to connect to the bridge directly, or 130.195.23.21 if you are behind a firewall. 

Either enter the corresponding number to the left of your meeting name in the navigation menu using Touch Tones (DTMF), or press 0 and then enter 6310 followed by #.

via the phone
