I have relocated from Singapore to work with the NeSI team based at the NIWA Offices in Wellington. In my past careers I have worked with various organisations in the tech, telco, airline, and biotech sectors.

My career experience spans across IT infrastructure support, including some HPC platforms over the years.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, tennis, jogging and playing with my boys.

I look forward to being part of the NeSI team.

I am thrilled to join NeSI and look forward to working with the team. I did my Masters in Electronics and started my career as a Field Support Engineer in 2006. That was my foundation to the Enterprise IT Support career.

After gaining some strong knowledge in Solaris, SUN servers, storage and data centre activities, I took new challenges with HCL, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle as a Unix/Linux Technical Support Engineer. Through those roles, I gained insightful knowledge and experience with mission critical systems.

In 2015, I got an opportunity to migrate to New Zealand under a job search visa and I was lucky enough to get into a challenging role to support Air New Zealand’s Unix/Linux systems via Enterprise IT, eventually E-IT became Servian then Cognizant.

Throughout my career, I've had the priviledge of working on various projects that pushed beyond my limits. Additionally, a collaborative team culture has helped me to gain and give knowledge with my colleagues.

Outside of work, I love to travel, and play badminton... and I've forced love for cooking, cleaning, and solving fights between my 5yr old and 8yr old kids.
