2020 Metagenomics Summer School
Genomics Aotearoa, the University of Auckland, and NeSI are partnering to host another Metagenomics Summer School, focused on teaching the fundamentals of metagenomics data, data management, and analysis. The 2020 school will be hosted at the University of Auckland, taking place on 17– 20 November 2020. The deadline to register is 13 September.
Last year, the inaugural school hosted 40 participants for four days of hands-on sessions related to various concepts of metagenomics data management and analysis for genomics research. Click here to read a recap of the event.
