Webinar: Using RMarkdown to create clear, reproducible analyses
Creating clear analyses that can be reproduced easily sounds simple. So why do so many of us struggle to re-run code that was developed 2, 5, or 10 years ago or find ourselves utterly lost when attempting to follow a colleague's analysis?
In NeSI’s April webinar, University of Otago researcher Murray Cadzow will explain what a beginner to intermediate coder needs to know to generate computationally reproducible analyses. He will demonstrate how using a tool like Rmarkdown can help tremendously in developing your coding habits, resulting in work that is more sustainable and scalable.
There are no prerequisites for this webinar, though we suggest you have some familiarity with coding.
