New additions to the NeSI Team

Brian Flaherty
Brian joins the Auckland NeSI team in a data services product manager role. He was formerly an Associate University Librarian at the University of Auckland Libraries & Learning Services and brings experience in strategic and operational management of digital library products and services, digital scholarship, research data & information management and discovery services. Away from work, Brian is a musician, poet, and addicted traveller (70+ countries).
Dinindu Senanayake
Dinindu Senanayake joins NeSI as an Applications Support Specialist, specifically in Genomics/Bioinformatics. He has approximately seven years of research experience in Cancer Genetics, Chemical Genetics and Systems Biology. Originally from Sri Lanka, he moved to New Zealand in 2006, arriving for studies and staying for nature. Therefore, he says, if he's not in front of a terminal, you'll likely find him hiking/tramping in the Southern Alps or hanging from a glacier until someone comes to rescue him.
