Team NeSI gathers together
In November, the entire NeSI team gathered from around the country for a two-day retreat at beautiful Karioitahi Beach, south of Auckland.
NeSI is a national organisation, and with staff members based all around New Zealand, including Lincoln, Dunedin, Wellington and Auckland, this annual event is a great opportunity for our team members to reflect on the past year, develop plans and talk about strategy for the coming year, run workshops, meet with the NeSI Board, and even have a bit of fun!
This year we also invited a couple of NeSI's users to speak to the team, and were pleased to be joined by Dr Jane Allison of Massey University and Ben Curran from the University of Auckland. Jane and Ben kindly shared their experience of NeSI and had some great insights into how we can serve our community better in the future.
Team NeSI is gearing up for a big 2017, and we look forward to engaging with you soon!
