Support during the holiday break

NeSI Support will be closed from 5:00 PM on Tuesday 23 December until 9:00 AM on Monday 5 January. During the closedown period, we will continue to accept support requests. NeSI Support will respond to these after normal operations resume on 5 January.

In an emergency, please:

  1. Email urgent@nesi.org.nz, providing as much information as possible for the incident, AND
  2. Submit a request to NeSI Support at support.nesi.org.nz/home .
