Joint NeSI and Genomics Aotearoa RNA-seq Workshops
During August and early September, NeSI and Genomics Aotearoa are running a series of Genomics Data Carpentry (GDC) and RNA-seq workshops.
The GDC workshops are open to genomics researchers who have zero or little experience with the command line and looks at a Variant Calling workflow.
The RNA-seq workshops assume basic knowledge of Bash and R. The RNZ-seq workflow goes from fast quality checking to differential expression analysis.
